It is planned to dismantle the buildings up to 1901.5 meters above Lake Sevan. The area of state and community buildings subject to dismantling or demolition is more than 4900 square meters. The total area of private buildings subject to demolition has exceeded 68,000 square meters.
Relevant notices have been sent to their owners for the demolition of private buildings up to 1901.5 meters in Lake Sevan, in order to carry out the demolition work on their own. In case of non-performance of the requirement in accordance with the law, these works will be carried out at the expense of state funds, on the condition of charging those funds from private owners in the future.
In the first stage, it is planned to dismantle the state and community-owned buildings.
