As a result of construction in Tigran Mets avenue of Vanadzor community in Lori Region, two fir trees were enclosed in the building. Vanadzor resident beat an alarm signal to EcoLur. EcoLur sent this alarm signal to RA Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety Inspection Body. Suren Minasyan, Deputy Head of Inspection Body, said in response to EcoLur's inquiry.
"As a result of the site inspection carried out by the specialists of Lori Regional Department of RA Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety Inspection Body, it was found that the construction works are being carried out in accordance with the construction permit No. CPPO-0000-8109 issued by Vanadzor Mayor on 24.08.2023, as well as there is No. 101/108 of the Minister of Urban Development on 08.01.2016 3.3/8/16 approval of the revised proposal for the construction of a cafe on the plot of land at 44-5 Tigran Mets Avenue, Vanadzor, which says that the further functions of the development will be carried out under the condition of preserving the existing fir trees in the area".
