"Not Trash" Trash Collection Campaign Held in 12 Administrative Districts in Yerevan

“Eco Garbage” Environmental NGO jointly with “Greening and Environment Protection” PNCO held a garbage collection campaign in the 12 administrative districts of Yerevan on February 22.

 According to “Eco Garbage” Environmental NGO, World Bank data show that Armenia is the 6th most garbage-producing country in the world. Through the organization's efforts, 131,500 kg of paper was recycled over two years, thus saving 2267 trees.
