On Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan’s order Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan had a meeting with the board member of “Union of Fish Breeders” in Armavir Region.
…the minister mentioned a strategy-concept should be developed for upcoming 10-15 years, where a clear ideology should be laid down. Particularly, all ownerless water wells should be conserved, issuing new permits should be avoided and measures should be taken to increase fish production.
On Minister’s proposal a consultation council of fish breeders will be formed by the minister, where both board members and field specialists will be included.
