The State Environmental Inspection of the Ministry of Nature Protection of RA detected and confiscated 450 whitefish. They passed all the fish to special school N14 for children with disfunction of sight and hearing.
Under the press-release of the the Ministry of Nature Protection of RA, a group of poachers fished 1585 crucian carps by a forbidden method (electric current) in the Arpi River, Vayotz Dzor. The fish has been confiscated and will be passed to the special school.
The damage caused to nature made up 1 million 585 thousand AMD. A criminal case has been initiated.
