The leader of “Heritage” Faction Stepan Safaryan submitted an enquiry in writing to the Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan before parliamentary debates on 22-25 February. The problem concerns to the territory of the urban garden, where Jermuk Municipality allocated a land area of 29.547 square meters for the construction of a many-storey hotel at the petition of Vayots Dzor Governor. “Jermuk Nor Kyanq” LLC, the winner of the construction tender, have already cut down 10 poplars and more than 3 dozens of pine trees.
