Eventually, the employees of State Environmental Inspection were able to enter the territory belonging to RA NA Deputy Samvel Aleksanyan where tree felling had been carried out.
Under Head of Yerevan Territorial State Inspection Romik Mangasaryan, the tree felling has nothing in common with Samvel Aleksanyan, as that particular territory belongs to a Shogherine Mkrtchyan. It should be noted that Shogherine Mkrtchyan is Samvel Aleksanyan’s wife.
INSPECTION NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER DEPUT’S TERRITORY

Chief Dendrologist in Yerevan Suren Maksudyan advised trees located at 60 Komitas Avenue have been cut down without any permission. Yerevan Municipality informed about this case in writing the State Environmental Inspection of the Ministry of Nature Protection of RA. The municipality representatives were not allowed to enter the territory belonging to RA Deputy Samvel Alexanyan. The Head of Yerevan Territorial Division of State Inspection Romik Mangasaryan, in his turn, confirmed that the tress in the territory owned by the deputy had been cut down, but as they were not allowed to enter the territory, they are still waiting for documents.
