The Ministry of Nature Protection of RA neglects the alarms in regard to polluting the territories in Kapan and Geghanush Communities by Deno Gold Mining Company.
“We are worried waste dumps don’t have any passports so far, and their classification is still unknown,” says the letter sent by “For Ensuring Ecological Safety and Developing Democracy” Kapan-based NGO to the Minister of Nature Protection of RA Aram Harutyunyan.
To substantiate the organization points out a number of provisions of the Armenian environmental legislation, both the company and the state inspection bodies have to comply with them.
