“Many green masses are in a bad state. The soil in Yerevan contains a large amount of heavy metals, the bottom layer of atmosphere is also in the bad state – at a height of 1-1,5 m from the ground which is harmful for children and animals,” said Chief Architect of Yerevan Samvel Danielyan during the discussion of the project on amendments and specifications in the general plan of Yerevan held on 13 April.
Under him, green zones won’t undergo any changes during general plan specification.
