As the last issue of the “Aravot” newspaper reports, Gyumri Municipality leased a green land area to Artem Antikyan for 99 years.
This action resulted in the protest of NGOs who applied to various departments in regard with the violation of the city’s general layout.
Leaseholder Artem Antikyan provided his own comments, as well as documentation, particularly, the construction project sketch. Under him, the public protest is not substantiated, as he doesn’t intend to construct a capital building in the green zone, just a pavilion. He also insists that he obliged to make 75% investment for landscape gardening when he obtained that land area.
