RA Nature Protection and Soil Inspection Body detected 27 violations as a result of their inspections, visits, accepted reports from 28 October to 1 November 2019, while the damage caused to the environment because of environmental violations made up 10,769,200 AMD for 19 cases. Administrative fines in the amount of 1,720,000 AMD have been imposed for 10 detected cases. Two cases have been sent to Law Enforcement Body of Justice Ministry of RA (administrative fine in the amount of 200,000 AMD). 997,200AMD was credited to the state budget in the mentioned time period. Violations were particularly recorded in the field of flora preservation where 21 cases of violations have been recorded with damage caused to the environment in the amount of 10,766,200 AMD in case of 17. Administrative fines in the amount of 460,000 AMD have been imposed for 4 cases.
