The residents at 106/1 Nalbandyan Street have announced at Yerevan Municipality that as a result of their discussions they reached a decision to ban any kond of construction in the territory and have already addressed a letter to PM; moreover, the residents are willing to improve the yard and to construct a playground with their own funds. No building will be constructed there; maximum a three or four storey building.
