As the Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund informs, the solar system in ‘Armavir’ detention facility has been put into operation. The light bulbs in the detention facility have been replaced with energy efficient LED lamps. It’s expected that energy efficiency will make up 36% due to energy efficient measures taken, while the reduction in the annual emission of carbon dioxides will make up around 277 tons. Annual aggregate savings will make up around 1,082,445 kwph or 47,227,630 AMD.
