Still one month ago Armenian PM Tigran personally promised to provide each family residing in villages of Lori Region 8 square meters of firewood free of charge, but no specific terms were mentioned.
“The people are getting cold, they have to cut down trees from their orchards to warm their houses, they have no other way out. Cars can’t get near to the forest so as to collect wastes of the forestry enterprise at the price of 1200 AMD,” says Dzoragyugh Village Head Robert Hovsepyan.
