The special license and the mining lease act issued to “Fortune Resources” LLC, the developer of Hrazdan iron mine, have legal grounds, as Energy and Natural Resources Ministry informed in reply to “Healthy Hrazdan” civic initiative’s enquiry.
Reminder: “Nagin” LLC was supposed to mine Hrazdan iron mine, but later the company sold its right to mine development to Chinese “Fortune Oil” Company with its Armenian subsidiary “Fortune Resources” LLC.
