The administration of Sanitek company informs, “Sanitek has started the process of calling in to International Arbitration Court. And as a first step in this process, the shareholder of the company, Nicolas El Tavill, acting on behalf of the other shareholders, today notified the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Municipality of Yerevan of the existence of an investment dispute,” the statement says.
Reminder: On 3 October, Yerevan Municipality unilaterally and completely dissolved the contracts signed with “Sanitek” companies noting that the Municipality of Yerevan no longer has any financial obligations related to “Sanitek” companies taking into account the fact of completely stopping garbage collection and sanitary cleaning services since August.
