EcoLur
The reasons for the fish death in the Hrazdan River won’t be detected. Reminder: on 26 December 2012 and 18 January 2013 some fish died in the Hrazdan River. The Central Environmental Laboratory took water samples from different parts of the river for expertise. “EcoLur” applied to Nature Protection Ministry of Armenia trying to find out the expertise results. The Ministry Public Relations Department informed us the whole case has been transferred to the police, while the police informed “EcoLur” the criminal case, which had been initiated in this regard, was terminated due to the absence of criminal act according to Article 35 (1(1)) of Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia.
