Reforestation was carried out in more than 7000 ha territory in Armenia, in 2008. Ruben Petrosyan, the general forestry officer of “Armenian forest” state non-profit-making organization said about it to the correspondent of Panorama.am. According to him, the scale of reforestation made up 30 000 ha in the whole territory of Armenia in 2004-2008.
