On 22 May, the International Day for Biological Diversity, “Save Leopard” campaign was held by “Armenian Women for Health and Healthy Environment” NGO, WWF Armenia with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
This turned out to be a real holiday both for children and grown-ups. More than 200 participants from 7 schools from Yerevan took part in this event dedicated to leopard. Among pieces of art were pictures, artistic compositions, toys and tapestries. A special committee selected works and awarded various prizes.
A concert was organized on the stage in the center of the Zoo where young singers took part. Even rain couldn’t disturb this leisure. See the photo report.
