The municipality has disseminated a statement which says the permit to construct a block of flats at 5a Komitas Avenue was issued to “Liber” Company still in 2005.

“The Municipaltiy has forbidden constructing something there and the neighborhood residents are also on the alert, so such actions are excluded,” said R. Mangasaryan and outlined, “There is a small park there and I personally won’t allow any civil works there, let the residents be quiet in this regard.”
