According to the Press Service of “Heritage” Faction, the faction members are in perplexity in regard with inaccuracies and assessments included in the statement by RA Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Particularly they say the statement displayed on the official website of the Public Prosecutor’s Office concerning “Heritage” faction appeal significantly differs from the press release disseminated in the press.
Respecting public right to receive information, the faction informs the letter sent to RA Public Prosecutor is not an open letter or an announcement, as the statement of the Public Prosecutor’s Office says. This is an official letter sent by appropriate services of the National Assembly of RA which was accompanied by press reports taking into consideration public perception of this issue. While such an official letter needs an official reply according to the “Regulations of the National Assembly”, which can be accompanied by press releases.
