Yerevan Municipality actions in regard with the civil works in the Student Park will be disputed in the Administrative Court of Armenia. “We Are This City’ Owners” Civic Initiative disseminated an announcement that particularly says the lawsuit is substantiated with facts of violating citizens’ right to living in healthy environment, right to rest, right to be aware of amendments in town-planning programs and project discussions, public participation in decision-making process.
The statement say the civic initiative holds two meetings in “Golden Mean” located at 9 Tpagrichneri Street on 27 August at 18:00 and 28 August at 13:00 foreseeing different complications that may arise in regard with this lawsuit.
