Teghout Village Head in Lori Marz Harutyun Meliksatyan told the “Hetq”, “Teghout” CJSC paid 117 million AMD to the community budget for the land area of agriculture significance with the purpose of changing its status to that of industrial significance.
…As a result of examinations conducted by the Supervisory Chamber and as it turned out in July 2009, that “Teghout” CJSC paid the community 86 million less in regard with changing the status of the land areas designed for agricultural significance. “In 2010 the company paid the same amount. Under the Aldermen’s Council, a part of this amount, 57 million AMD, is allocated to construct a new building of the kindergarten. This construction has already launched. All the pre-settlement documents have been drawn up for this construction. The building of the kindergarten will have a territory of 240 meter. “The building will be one-storey,” says Village Head Meliksetyan.
Meliksetyan said, only 40 million AMD has been left from the allocated amount which will be used for village gasification.
Out of 400 ha of pastures in Teghout Village 55,5 ha land was allocated to “Teghout” CJSC for the purposes of mine development.
Village Head also informed villagers employed at “Teghout” CJSC are not dealing with agriculture.
