As of April 22, 79 wells were liquidated, conserved and imposed valve system in Ararat and Armavir regions, as acting Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan was reported by proper division heads at the consultation held at the ministry. As the Information and Public Relations Department of Nature Protection Ministry informs, the registration of wells owned by communities in Armavir Region was accomplished in this stage. In 89 communities 1019 wells were detected with 5.5 m3/sec capacity.
