Minister Aram Harutyunyan: PACE Not Competent Organization

On 27 January the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted a dicision on illegality of RA Government decision concerning Teghout mine exploitation. 44 members of PACE signed the declaration. Aram Harutyunyan, the Minister of Nature Protection said that PACE is not competent organization and the issue should be discussed in the legal field.
