In Kapan Town, the regional center of Syunik, tree trunks have been damaged along Aram Manukyan Street near the banks of the Voghji River due to the installation of wooden decorative fencing.
Parts of the trunks of dozens of trees have been cut or shaved to “fit” the fence along the planned line.
