During preliminary discussions in Parliament on the state budget execution for 2024, Public Services Regulatory Commission Chair Mesrop Mesropyan highlighted major sewerage problems, especially in large cities. He noted that while there are many problematic situations, Veolia Djur has never refused to address issues brought to them, regardless of whether they fall directly within their operational scope.
Mesropyan clarified that the infrastructure used by Veolia Djur is not the company's property but state-owned assets entrusted to the Water Committee, which has inventoried and transferred a certain amount of that property to the company.
