Armenian Government Alienating 20% Shares of “ArmRusGasArd” to Russian “GasProm” at 63,333.9 Billion AMD

Till 17 January the Armenian Government should ensure the conclusion of sale and purchase agreement 20% Shares of “ArmRusGasArd” to Russian “GasProm” OJSC. On 16 January the executive approved the draft agreement of sale and purchase of 20% shares to be concluded between the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry and Russian “GasProm” OJSC. Thus, 20.0007 % shares owned by the Armenian Government, the package of 12600000 ordinary shares with a total value of 63,333.9 billion AMD is alienated to Russian “GasProm” OJSC.
