The Court of General Jurisdiction of Syunik Marz ruled out in favour of “For Ensuring Environmental Safety and Developing Democracy” and against “ArmWaterCanal” CJSC.

On March 24 Judge Volodya Manasaryan obligated “ArmWaterCanal” to do as follows:

1. to perform obligations prescribed by agreements signed with subscribers, i.e. to ensure drainage and cleaning of sewage. 

2. to eliminate threats posing to environment promoting people’s health and prosperity.
