A number of Gndevaz residents have been challenging the decisions and permits issued to the Lydian Armenia company by Ministries of Environment and Territorial Management and Infrastructure for over 8 years. Residents claim that the government actually made decisions that violate the interests and rights of the Armenian citizens.
The examination of the claim in the administrative court is coming to an end. The plaintiff made a speech today, at the end of which the court asked the representatives of the ministries if they are ready to make a closing speech. The respondent asked for time to prepare, so the court session was postponed.
