During the inspections carried out by RA Environmental Inspection and Mining Body in the course of January 17-27, 2022, 58 cases were recorded, out of which 53 were estimated at 38,381,430 AMD damage to the environment, in 1 case an administrative fine in the amount of 50,000 AMD was imposed. In 6 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 354,000 AMD was calculated, and an administrative fine in the amount of 380,000 AMD was imposed.
Based on the results of 7 previous inspections, 17 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 1,340,000 AMD were reached, and the damage caused to nature was estimated at 907,500 AMD. Two instructions were given to eliminate the violations.
6 cases were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry, a total of 804,800 AMD.
During the mentioned period 1,049,500 AMD was paid to RA state budget.
