The activists expressed their particular opinion on the small HPP Khachaghbyur – 2. Reminder: this working group was set up by Nature Protection Minister’s order for examining the current situation with Khachaghbyur – 2 SHP. The working group includes representatives of official structures and “Trchkan” civic initiative.
The activists think the situation is clear. They put forward substantiation having not been included in the conclusion of the working group and demand to recognize null and void 1) the positive opinion of the environmental expertise on this project, 2) permit for water usage. The rest participants of the working group propose once again to specify with the documents, and if needed, to impose sanctions in regard with the expert who had signed the positive opinion of the expertise.
