The construction of hydropower plants in Armenia may be of interest to the Czech banks, as Naira Nahapetyan, Chairman of SHPP Union, said in her interview with the “Armnews” given at the Armenian-Czech business conference.
“The banks have shown interest towards the construction of hydropower plants in Armenia and we already have the first investment project from Czeck Credit Bank. I think this visit will be able to bring enough investments into Armenia to develop hydropower,” Naira Nahapetyan said.
The Armenian-Czech Business Conference was held in the frames of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s official visit to the Czeck Republic.
