A criminal case has been initiated based on the evident legal violations during projecting, expertise and construction of 'Khachaghbyur-2' SHPP, as the Pan-Armenian Environmental Front was informed by the Tavush Regional Division of RA Police.
Environmentalists and other citizens will testify in the frames of the initiated criminal case.
'Khachaghbyur-2' SHPP is being constructed by ‘MegaEnergy’ LLC.
