Armenian-Czech company Greeneco Kas plans to construct a garbage processing plant and a greenhouse in Armenia’s Armavir Region. On 8 October 2015 the executive reached a decision to alienate 15 ha of area owned by Amavir town community in the form of direct sale. The company will invest 17 billion 490 million AMD for the construction of a garbage processing plant and a greenhouse. If this project is not implemented during three years, the government will annul its decision.
