Today “EcoLur” received an alarm signal from Mashtots Park supporters, the trees hindering road construction have been broken down. “Tree stems have been damaged through the construction machinery: the municipality representatives insist this process is transfer of trees, nevertheless, tree transfer procedures and environmental standards have been violated,” “Our City” civic initiative posts on Facebook. It should be mentioned this is not the first case when the heavy machinery in Mashtots Park works in green territories.
