Today we celebrate Armenian Constitution Day. We would like to congratulate everybody with this event. The constitution guarantees us compliance of fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms. We would like to cite Article 33.2, which says:
“Everyone shall have the right to live in an environment favourable to his or her health and welfare, as well as shall be obliged to preserve and improve the environment individually and in community with others.”
We are sure if we all follow provisions prescribed in the highest law of the country, many environmental problems will disappear.
