The State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia submitted 33 claims to dispute the transactions of provision and/or construction of the allotments of ''Sevan Nation Park'' SNCO.
By the research of the materials received from the Control Service of the President of the Republic of Armenia on provision of the allotments of ''Sevan National Park'' SNCO for lease and construction it was found out that in the process of the allotment allocations a number of illegitimacies and false were available
On 27.06.2012 in the State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office on the base of the recorded abuse a criminal case was initiated according to the Part 2 of the Article 308 and the Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, the preliminary investigation of which was tasked to the Investigation Division of Especially Important Cases of the General Investigation Division of the Police of the Republic of Armenia. According to the obtained evidence 3 people – the ex-director of SNCO and two officials of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia were accused for abusing official authorities and committing official forgery. As pretrial means against them imprisonment was chosen.
Let us inform that The State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia assumes the measures to invalidate the transactions on allotment allocations.
Thus, in the framework of the authorities provided by the Article 27 of the Law of RA ''On Prosecution'' 28 claims of 33 submitted to the court were submitted to invalidate the transactions on illegal allocation of allotments, 3 claims were submitted to return the allotments occupied on the base of the contract on construction right to ''Sevan National Park'' SNCO, and 2 claims were submitted to stop the contracts on lease of allotments and return them to the national park.
