We can eye witness numerous violations starting from the poaching in specially protected areas to issuing illegal licenses for SHPs. The Ministry sets obstacles for the establishing national parks, for example, “Jermuk” National Park, though the Ministry received numerous grants for this purpose. The official website of the ministry doesn’t have any detailed information about the programs implemented through grants. There are only grant sizes and people responsible. What information about what has been implemented in the frames of this particular grant is not available. Webpages where information about reports should be available don’t work. The Ministry is implementing several similar programs at the same time, and it’s not clear why and what kind of actions these grants have been allotted to.
