On 19 February Presidential candidate Raffi Hovhanissian has applied to the electoral committees of several constituencies demanding to recognize the results null and void. It means the bulletins shall be counted again in the presence of the candidate’s authorized representatives. Though this statement included all the contacts needed, it became known that the mentioned constituencies started counting the votes at 11:00 on 20 February, but they didn’t warn either the candidate or his authorized representatives.
Raffi Hovhannisian’s headquarters demands from the Central Electoral Committee to stop the vote counting, which can start only in the presence of Raffi Hovhanissian’s authorized representatives.
