The press release circulated by the Raffi Hovhannisian’s headquarters informs the representatives of Raffi Hovhannisian’s headquarters will file a claim to the Constitutional Court on at 17:00 p.m. on 4 March. The claim contains a demand to fix the factual results of the presidential elections in Armenia held on 18 February and to annul fake figures published by the CEC on 25 February. On the same day the Spokesperson for Raffi Hovhannisian’s headquarters will have an open press conference near the building of the Court.
