In accordance with the provisions of Aarhus Convention “On Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters”, as well as RA Law “On Freedom of Information”, we would like to ask you to provide us information in the set timeframes:
-Which SHPs received funding from the allotted loans?
-Which commercial banks carry out investments in the frames of “Promotion to Renewable Energy” program?
-What is the sum from all three tranches, starting from 2004, spent on the construction of SHPs?
We would also like you to reply whether the bank possesses any information on what kind of socio-economic situation is observed on the spots of SHP construction and service, and to what extent decision-making process on the construction of SHPs complies with international socio-economic standards.”
