'We will face the risks of losing water balance in the most part of the territory in the republic in the process of implementing this project. Nevertheless, the most serious risk of implementing this business project is the deterioration of the water in underground springs, which, in my opinion, will inevitably lead to the pollution of high-quality drinking water, which is used for the water supply of the population without any additional treatment.
I think that decision-making on the implementation of this project should be accompanied with the serious calculations of expected risks and benefits both economic and environmental ones'.
