Qajaran copper and molybdenum mine combine Combine "threw" the Iranians

Two defendants charged with swindling Iranian “Khak Talaee Tous Co.” in particularly large amounts were convicted today. “Qajaran Copper and Molybdenum Combine” LLC Director Armen Gevorgyan was found guilty based on Article 178 (3(1)), swindling in particularly large amounts, and Article 325(2) of the Criminal Code of Armenia – forgery and use of passport, and was sentenced to prison for 6 years without confiscation of property. Andranik Nersesyan, employed at the company as a lawyer, was found guilty based on Article 178 (3(1)) and was sentenced to prison for five years without confiscation of property.
