Levon Ter-Petrosyan: Subsidying Gas Again At Expense of People

“The authorities generously stated about partial subsidying of gas price, but it’s nothing else but a usual fraud or swindle, as subsidying will be performed not at the expense of their pocket, but state budget, i.e. again at the expense of the income levied from people. They grab from people's pockets, embezzle a part and present it as the greatest charity for people,” said Armenian First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan in his speech at the rally convened by the Armenian National Congress on 1 March.
