On 19 March the Armenian Government reached a decision to approve the program of measures planning technical regulations in environment. At the same time, governmental resolution N 1401-N “On Approving Program of Reviewing Technical Regulations in Environment” was recognized ineffective. The new program proposes making amendments and supplements to RA laws on “Conservation of Atmospheric Air”, “On Flora”, Code on Subsoil, where the provision prescribing Armenian government’s power to approve technical conditions and/or norms shall be added. The program implementation will enable regulating the legal field of technical requirements approved by the Armenian Government.
