On 25 July Activist Vaghinak Shushanyan, who was fighting against the increase in electricity price, was invited to the National Security Service adjunct to the Armenian Government – he vas invited to Colonel A. Qochinyan's office - Head of Chief Department Combating Terrorism and Preserving Constitutional Order. The reason of the summons was Vaghinak Shushanyan's expression made at the meeting held at Public Services Regulatory State Committee on 1 July, 'I won't pay this fourd drams, if needed, I'll do an act of terrorism,' he said.
Vaghinak Shushanyan said, 'Inside I was told there was nothing to worry about, I was just invited to have a talk with. They just warned me that terrorism among crimes punished by the law, but my expression doesn't contain anything punishable by the law.'
