The 'Haykakan Zhamanak' has recently published a material, which says that 'Sirarpi' SHPP operating on the Hakhum River in Tsaghkavan village, Tavush Region, has produced less electricity, but received more money than ENA. The material particularly says, 'Our sources from the Public Service Regulatory Committee inform that the committee is currently examining gross abuses made by the top officials of 'Electric Networks of Armenia' CSJC.'
