Sisian Speaking: What Are Community Problems and Development Perspectives

EcoLur Informational NGO presents the fourth video entitled "Community and Socio-Ecological Challenges", which reflects the environmental and social problems in Sisian enlarged community, Syunik Region. Arthur Vardazaryan, President of New Horizons NGO, mentions the impact of environmental problems on business investments in the community.

Sisian Deputy Commuity Head Vardan Ivanyan mentions the main reasons for the community's lack of development. Administrative Head of Shaqi settlement Vahan Ghazaryan presents the perspectives and obstacles of tourism due to the presence of Shaqi waterfall in the settlement. Administrative Head of Dastakert settlement Nairi Filosyan mentions the situation and needs in the settlement after the cessation of mining activities.

The film was shot by "EcoLur" Informational NGO within the frameworks of “Social and Ecological Responsibility” project.
