Tigran Matjosyan, President of "Armash Rural Community Support and Development Center" NGO, has initiated fundraising on Facebook to create an eco-world near the artificial lakes of Armash, Ararat Region. According to Tigran Matjosyan, 32,000 USD are needed to create an eco-world.
It should be noted that the area of the eco-zone is mapped by Birdlife International as an important ornithological area. Tigran Matjosyan aims to turn the area into a shelter for wild birds, where hunting will be ruled out, ecotourism will develop, and bird watching will be carried out.
